Dear Personal Assistant,
We are pleased to inform you that Quality Touch, Inc. is now partnering with Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) as a CDPAP facilitator. This allows us to continue supporting you and your consumer in this capacity. By March 28, 2025, all consumers and personal assistants participating in CDPAP must be registered with PPL, the new Statewide Fiscal Intermediary.
As long as you complete your registration with PPL by this deadline, you will be able to continue providing Personal Assistant services as directed by the CDPAP consumer you serve. To ensure payroll continuity and a smooth transition to the new SFI, we have also notified your consumer’s managed care plan (MCO) and the New York State Department of Health that Quality Touch, Inc. will no longer provide Fiscal Intermediary (FI) services.
Important Dates:
• By March 28, 2025 – Consumers and personal assistants must complete their registration with PPL.
• Effective April 1, 2025 – Quality Touch, Inc. will no longer provide FI services under CDPAP in New York State. However, as a CDPAP facilitator and PPL partner, we will continue to assist you and your consumer.
