About Quality Touch
Quality Touch is a New York State-approved CDPAP Facilitator working with
Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), New York’s Single Fiscal Intermediary for the
Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP).
We provide education, guidance, administrative support, referrals, and
assistance to consumers and personal assistants participating in the CDPAP
program.
Quality Touch does not determine Medicaid eligibility, authorize services,
approve care plans, or make coverage decisions. Those decisions are made by
Medicaid, NYIA, Managed Long-Term Care Plans (MLTCs), PPL, and other
authorized government entities.
