Dear Consumer,
We are pleased to inform you that Quality Touch, Inc. is now partnering with Public Partnerships LLC
(PPL) as a CDPAP facilitator. This means we can continue supporting you and your personal
assistant(s) in this capacity.
If you are already registered with PPL, please ensure that your personal assistant(s) also complete
their registration.
By March 28, 2025, all consumers and personal assistants participating in CDPAP must be registered with PPL, the new Statewide Fiscal Intermediary.
Rest assured that this transition will not affect your plan of care, service hours, or your right to choose your personal assistant(s).
Important Dates:
• By March 28, 2025 – Consumers and personal assistants must complete their registration with PPL.
• Effective April 1, 2025 – Quality Touch, Inc. will no longer provide (FI) services under CDPAP in NYS. However, as a CDPAP facilitator and PPL partner, we will continue assisting you and your personal assistant(s).
We are also notifying your managed care plan (MCO) and the New York State Department of Health.
Additionally, your personal assistant(s) will receive a separate notification
