The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) has mandated the transition of CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) to PPL (Public Partnerships LLC) as the new Fiscal Intermediary (FI). If you're part of the CDPAP program, it's crucial to complete your registration on the PPL platform to continue receiving services without interruption.

To clock in/out using PPL’s telephony system, call 1-833-278-3959 from the phone number listed in your consumer’s PPL@Home profile.
1. Press 1 to confirm you are the caregiver.
2. Enter your 8-digit DOB (MMDDYYYY).
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN.
4. Select your consumer.
5. Follow prompts to start/end your shift.
6. If needed, correct and resubmit entries.

Important: You must call from the phone number registered in the consumer’s PPL profile. If not, the system won’t accept your call.
If the landline or mobile phone number doesn’t match, you won’t be able to clock in or out and hear the following prompt:
“Sorry, the phone number you are calling from does not match the number registered for this individual. Please call back from the correct phone number. Thank you. Goodbye.”
You can only clock in and out after your plan sends authorization to PPL.
If you complete your enrollment and receive authorization by April 30, 2025, you’ll be allowed to clock in starting April 1, and PPL will pay you retroactively from that date.
Please complete your PPL enrollment as soon as possible if you didn’t do it yet to avoid any delays in payment.
